How long does it take to complete an order?

Most orders are prepared in 1–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

Carriers don’t allow opening packages before delivery. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help.

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

Use this Contact form and include your order number plus a photo if there’s damage. We’ll get back to you as fast as possible.

How long does shipping usually take?

After shipping, delivery is usually 2–4 business days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Express, if available) in the US.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I send you?
